Making yogurt with this machine is a breeze, and here's how to do it.

How to Make Yogurt with TooA Family Pro

Ingredients:

  • 1 litre of whole or semi-skimmed milk

  • 1 pot of natural white yogurt (with active lactic ferments) or a sachet of powdered lactic ferments

  • (Optional) 1 tablespoon sugar to aid fermentation

Procedure:

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it reaches a temperature of 42-44°C. If you don't have a thermometer, you can heat it until it is lukewarm to the touch.

  2. Pour the jar of yogurt or lactic ferments into a bowl and mix with a little warm milk until you obtain a smooth mixture.

  3. Add the mixture to the rest of the milk and mix well.

  4. Pour the mixture into the TooA Family Pro and start the yogurt program.

  5. Let it ferment for about 6-8 hours without opening the lid to ensure optimal fermentation.

  6. Once fermentation is complete, transfer the yogurt to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before enjoying it.

Customize your yogurt!

You can enrich your yogurt with fresh fruit, honey, granola, or spreads for an extra touch of flavor. If you prefer Greek yogurt, strain the product with a fine mesh sieve to achieve a denser and creamier texture.

With the TooA Family Pro, making homemade yogurt becomes simple and quick, giving you a healthy product free of preservatives and perfectly suited to your taste. Happy preparation and enjoy!
