If you love fresh and genuine products, the new TooA Family Pro machine will become your ally in the kitchen! Not only can you prepare delicious homemade ice cream, but also exquisite homemade yogurt, customizing ingredients and flavors to your liking. Making yogurt with this machine is a breeze, and here's how to do it.

How to Make Yogurt with TooA Family Pro

Mix the ingredients evenly according to one of the recipes below:

Recipe 1: 1000 ml refrigerated pasteurized fresh milk + starter or 50 ml refrigerated plain yogurt.
Recipe 2: 1000 ml UHT milk + starter or 50 ml refrigerated plain yogurt.
Recipe 3: 1000 ml reconstituted milk (250 ml milk powder + 750 ml water) + starter or 50 ml refrigerated plain yogurt.
Recipe 4: 1000 ml cooked soy milk + starter or 50 ml refrigerated plain yogurt.

Tips:

  1. Add the starter culture as per the instructions on the packaging.

  2. If using milk powder, follow the label or use 250 ml powder with 750 ml water.

  3. Do not add the starter or yogurt until the soy milk or powdered milk mixture has cooled below 40°C.

  4. Fermentation time depends on room temperature and initial milk temperature. If it's cold, extend the time slightly (no more than 14 hours, or 10 hours if using yogurt as the starter).

Customize your yogurt!

You can enrich your yogurt with fresh fruit, honey, granola, or spreads for an extra touch of flavor. If you prefer Greek yogurt, strain the product with a fine mesh sieve to achieve a denser and creamier texture.

With the TooA Family Pro, making homemade yogurt becomes simple and quick, giving you a healthy product free of preservatives and perfectly suited to your taste. Happy preparation and enjoy!
