✅250g fresh strawberries, quartered
✅100g granulated sugar
✅1 tsp golden syrup
✅1 tsp lemon juice
✅300ml thick cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣In a large bowl, combine strawberries, sugar, golden syrup, and lemon juice. Mash the strawberries with a fork. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
2️⃣Add the cream and mix well.
3️⃣Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker, turn the dial, and wait for about 30 minutes until your ice cream is ready. Enjoy your delicious homemade treat!
